1st. That in the opinion of this meeting the project for the formation of a Praya (as laid down in the Government Gazette of 10th November last) would be a defective and inadequate public measure, contrary to the Spirit of the Leases and onerous upon individuals, infringing on the rights of holders of Marine Lots.
